Job DescriptionJob Responsibility:
- Assist manager to set up the company administrative regulations, and supervise and inspect the implementation, promote administrative work standardization management.
- Assist manager to establish the company’s administrative office cost budget and control administration office expenses within budget execution.
- Assist the manager in the company enterprise culture construction, propaganda, external linkage, all kinds of company procedures and other public relations.
- To participate in the organization, coordinating the company’s various meetings, customer reception and events.
- Responsible for arranging the company daily logistics work, including the vehicles, greening, working meal, environmental cleaning, meeting and reception, office supplies, etc., good support for each department
- Candidate possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): admin duties, admin support, company administrative regulation, work standardization, office cost budget.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English (requires to translate document from chinese to English)
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
