Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the kitchen production
  • Assist in training and reviewing performance of staff.
  • Ensure products are in compliance with professional standards and requirements.
  • Maintain day-to-day safety and quality, monitor and prioritize workflow and production schedules.
  • Supervise staff and give direction in a manufacturing department.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Culinary Arts or others equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Previous experience in food production or experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to manage staff and production
