Job Description
  • Key communication link to customer in all matters relating to operation and business.
  • Support and commitment to customers.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to meet customer requirements and expectations with accurate information.
  • Responds to customer through establishing an effective communication for both internal and external customer.
  • Work closely with business units to support business objectives by monitoring all key deliverable (schedule/quality/yield/committed improvements), works with functional departments to meet and escalate when see potential miss of indicators.
  • Works on quotations and coordinate the quotation activity for timely submission.
  • Timely update of information in system including pricing, changes, in customer BOM and any other relevant changes that effects financially.
  • Coordinates transfer of new programs.
  • Responsible for tracking and monitoring APQP execution.
  • Responsible to meet committed revenue by customer and providing weekly, monthly, quarterly revenue projection.
  • Monitor the demand from customer.
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of MSA and ensuring compliance.
  • Enhance product knowledge and have reasonable hands on product experience for effective communication with customer.
  • Continuously monitor ‘health’ of the account by comparing actual indicators with numbers used in the quote – highlight/demand improvement whenever there’s disconnect that will potentially affect the BU’s P&L.
  • Provides relevant information to finance and MRP update of each month.
  • Handles and manages customer escalations.
  • Customer and plant commit against demand.
  • Customer Scorecard management such as On-Time Delivery, Costing, Quality and etc.
  • Quotation responsibilities such as managing new and periodic re-pricing.
  • Regular weekly review of metrics and deliverables. (Expected Outcome: Meet Key Business Indicators – Revenue Commit, Load versus Commit Gap, OTD, E&O, AR, ECO and RMA).
  • Leads the Customer Focus Team.
  • Profit and Loss Management.
  • Periodic visits and hosting customers (QBRs, new project start-ups, business transfers).
  • Facilitates and monitors progress on all new project or product start-ups.
  • Customer point of contact and escalation.
  • Any other duties assigned by Program Manager.
