Job Description
Summary of Job Function:

Oversee and manage overall Planning, Sales/Shipping store, Purchasing and receiving store/raw materials operations.



•Review monthly sales forecast and support to ensure that orders are received from customers if needs arise.

•Check and approve delivery schedule, shipping documents and any other report relating to Sales or shipment.

•Control accurate record of price list, sales amount & other sales documents and other required statistical reports.

•Check monthly sales report and monthly master plan

•Monitor finished goods stock in the cold room.

•Check and approve PR to purchase for order of semi-finished materials as and when necessary.

•Support to liaise with all departments/sections to ensure order are planned, produced and shipped according to customers’ requirement for special needs.

•Check production master plan.

•Supervision of sales/shipping staff.

•Consolidate 5 site sales report.

Store (oversea)

•Control, monitor and check materials inventory when required.

•Oversee proper handling and storage of materials.

•Accurate issuing of materials to Production.

•Keeping proper records or stock/ inventory.

•Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the Store and Cold Room.

•Supervision of sales/ shipping and store personnel.


•Manage daily, weekly, monthly material plan and production schedule and to ensure all orders/ delivery request are met.

•Control of inventory level and minimise costs by improving inventory turnover and storage costs.

•Review and manage all purchasing activities which included checking of purchases, sourcing, selection of vendors and price negotiations.

•Prepare and analyse materials prices/ budget.

•Plan, implement and monitor cost reduction activities for all materials.

•Ensure smooth and prompt supply of materials/purchases.

•To manage and supervise all subordinates.


1.Possess at least Degree in any related course.

2.Min 7 years working experience in related industry.

3.Possess knowledge in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (automotive).

4.Good leadership experience.

5.Good experience in sales, planning and finance (costing).

6.Good communication in English.
