Job Description- Assist senior financial planners in preparing client meetings and presentations.
- Participate in client meetings to observe and learn client interaction best practices.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide basic information on financial products and services.
- Help gather and organize client financial data, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Assist in performing financial assessments to support the development of financial plans.
- Learn to use financial planning software and tools to create basic financial projections.
- Conduct research on investment options, financial products, and market trends.
- Aid in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client files, and document preparation.
- Assist in maintaining client databases and records in compliance with regulations.
- Handle basic office tasks and support the smooth operation of the office.
Job Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, Business Administrative, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Prefer Mandarin.
- Personal goal oriented, motivated, disciplined with an entrepreneur’s mindset.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
