Guest Associate – Genting Highland (Retail)

Job Description

Requirements:

1. SPM & Above
2. A self-motivated fast learner 
3. Flexible and adaptable 
4. Has a pleasing personality, and a positive outlook 
5. Previous experience in a customer facing role 
6. An extrovert who does not mind striking up conversations with complete strangers 

Responsibility:

1. Initiate guest interaction and offer the Company’s service
2. To operate camera settings and exposures in order to capture the guest experiences
3. Process payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits, if applicable 
4. Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales 
5. Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records. 
6. Communicate with guests putting them at ease, encouraging them and directing them 
7. Manages the processing of images , discussing technical problems, checking for quality and dealing with client’s concerns 
8. Compiles finished products for sale, including albums and framed prints. 
9. Achieve overall sales targets given 
10. Ensure the site is ready to start daily operations, stocked and cleaned to a high standard. 
11. Responsible for handling the equipment on site 
12. Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays 
13. Adheres to Company image and grooming standards at all times whilst on duty 
14. Performs other related duties as required
