Human Resource Job Scope
• Create job posting in different job portal;
• Prepare and follow up on staff offer letter, confirmation and resignation;
• Record staff MC and annual leave;
• Assist in preparing payroll including statutory contributions.
Cashier Job Scope
• Perform collection;
• Issue official receipts for all collections;
• Attend to enquiries related to fees;
• Monitor and pursue debtors or payment;
• Handle cash/cheque bank deposit (short distance travel required);
• Any other tasks as assigned.
