Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • HR function includes recruitment, employee engagement, training and development.
  • Enforce company policy and manage employee issues. 
  • Manage employee attendance record (leave, OT, time card etc).
  • Maintain proper filling system for staff personal record.  
  • Payroll, EPF, SOCSO submission.
  • ISO9001 documentation and audit.  
  • HRDF administration and claim process. 
  • Undertake other duties as required by management including supporting related administrative function. 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Degree in related field.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Human Resource Department. 
  • Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, SOCSO, EPF etc. 
  • Strong leadership, good problem solving skills and communication skills. 
  • Able to interact with all levels and employees.
