Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities
- HR function includes recruitment, employee engagement, training and development.
- Enforce company policy and manage employee issues.
- Manage employee attendance record (leave, OT, time card etc).
- Maintain proper filling system for staff personal record.
- Payroll, EPF, SOCSO submission.
- ISO9001 documentation and audit.
- HRDF administration and claim process.
- Undertake other duties as required by management including supporting related administrative function.
- Candidate must possess Degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Human Resource Department.
- Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, SOCSO, EPF etc.
- Strong leadership, good problem solving skills and communication skills.
- Able to interact with all levels and employees.
