Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. 
  • Manage recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. 
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Ensuring the implenmentation of company policy, sop, rules and regulations and monitor compliance to be in line with the company’s goal and employee’s needs.
  • Represent company at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, system, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Timely processing of payroll and statutory submission (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and EIS).
  • To perform ad hoc duties and assignment given by top management.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • To perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.


  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Possess high level of professionalism, organizing, counselling, problem solving skill, excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, employment act.
