Job DescriptionKey Responsibility
Develops and administers training programs for employees, assesses training and development needs for organizations, helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.
•Assessment on company needs – consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership mattes. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
•Employees’ Training and Development Needs – Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
•Design and develop training programs – Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs. Develop yearly training Plan/Programs across the organization.
•Develop Training Diversities – Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans and e-learning program for the organization. Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
•Training and Development Records – prepares and monitors information on staff development, quality management and other areas as assigned; advise in matters pertaining to internal staff development and quality management, and monitor HRDR claims.
•Courses/Training Reviews – Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
•Pool of Trainers – Develops a pool of in-house trainers; and seeks and obtains the services of external training consultants, negotiates and administers related agreements. Monitors the work of trainers and subject matter expert and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
•Knowledge management – Produce training materials and manuals and manage all training materials of company. Ensure training materials up to date and organizing the training materials including e-learning.
•Implement training Plan/Programs – Ensuring that training requirements are met; make training plan yearly, quarterly and monthly. Amending and revising programs as necessary to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment. Organize training plan approved. Helping line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
•Training Evaluation and its effectiveness – Evaluating training and development programs. Monitors, measures, evaluates and reports on quality management program effectiveness, training program content, and participant satisfaction; coordinates the transformation through Quality Management; evaluates and coaches trainers. Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
•Identify and implement career development for employee – Check competency of each employee as requirements and monitor Performance management records and assist in developing successor planning. Identify development plan for each employee. Design “development way” for each position.
•Workforce competency – Collate and analyze the appraisal of competency of employee periodically. Identify quality of workforce as requirements, develop testing and evaluation procedures.
•Degree in HR Management/Business or equivalent with at least 5-years and above with working experience in relevant field is preferred for this position.
• Certified Train-The-Trainer is preferred with good interpersonal skills, good communication and presentation skills, professional training knowledge, highly organized, dynamic and ability to influence management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
•Highly organized, diligent and forward thinker.
•Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
