Job Description

  • The responsibilities are mainly to provide HR data analysis and reports (recurrence and ad-hoc). 
  • Partner with HRBP to develop and generate the HR analytics package that support the business needs. 
  • Designs, implements and evaluates HR reports and other information solutions, and ensure reports are consistent, reliable and accurate. 
  • Acquires expert level knowledge of available tools for analysis and reporting. 
  • Works with the manager on building the reporting strategy that enable data-driven business decision for HR and address the needs of management and regulatory. 
  • Work with IT on data/report automation in Enterprise Data Warehouse.  
  • Identify potential improvements in the processes and continue to work on the enhancement on efficiency of report delivery model and reporting functionality. 


  • Must have a strong passion for HR, data analysis and metrics 
  • Must be detailed, analytical, creative and data privacy experience. 
  • Must have strong consulting, customer service and partnership skills 
  • Must be able to present information to senior leaders in an effective manner. 
  • Must be data driven and able to work in a fast pace environment. 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills to work time schedules and resources for project success. 
  • Prefer a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 yrs exp in related field or equivalent combination of education related training and experience. 
  • Expert knowledge of SAP, Success Factors, Power BI, SAP Analytics Clouds, Predictive Analytic, Excel Macro, SQL query and PowerPoint a plus. 
  • Understand reporting needs across HR and how they relate to business drivers and KPIs. 
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. 
  • Proficient writing skills for technical and user documents. 
  • Ability to formulate conclusions and provide summary analysis and interpretation to management. 
  • Ability to monitor trends and escalate issues due to data discrepancies.
