Job Description:

  • Demonstrates good customer and sales support skills.
  • Helps team meet Service metric goals.
  • Order booking and Order Change within 1 working day after received
  • Average response time to CRM tool cases
  • Balances reactive & proactive activities and work to systematically improve the customer experience and ultimately will be measured on customer and sales satisfaction.
  • Knowing what are areas of interest/measure for each customers’ satisfaction rating.
  • Perform order management activities.
  • Download purchase order from customer’s portal or retrieve them in specific online directory.
  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
  • Understand the procedures and apply the procedures flawlessly.
  • Receives general instructions from superior on routine work and detailed instructions on new tasks or assignments.
  • Write the instruction in detail and apply the instruction for scenarios given. Avoid repeating instruction for explained scenarios.
  • Establishes relationships with customers at all levels to build trust and commitment.
  • Always exceed customer’s expectations in a positive way.
  • Consistently sets challenging goals with the ability to accomplish them even with a heavy workload within tight timeline.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Candidate with 1 years working experience as Inside Sales, customer service or sales support role and experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Required skill(s): order management, customer service, inside sales, crm, customer relation, Oracle.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
