Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conceptual & proposal preparation for new project enquiries.

3D detail design & generate 2D detail fabrication with proper GD&T.

Create asemby exploded view with detail ballooning & detail assembly BOM for main assembly and all sub-assemblies.

Generate, prepare, check & update BOM of project.

Prepare proper pneumatic schematic upon complete BOM, prior to assembly.

Validate design with customer & internal team during design review.

Troubleshoot & resolve any design realted matters & update all realted documents.

Assist in project manual preparation.

Job Requirements:

Processes Diploma or Degreee in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years & above working experience.

Strong understanding in physics principles and engineering calculations.

Positive attitude, hardworking, willing to learn & nerver give up.

Team player and willing to accept feedback/critics to improve further.

Detail oriented & meticulous with apssion to create best output.

Calm and bale to work under stress to meet project schedule.

Proficient in SolidWorks in mandatory.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Must able to communicate and read/write English and Mandarin.
