Quality Engineer

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and maintaining process & finished product inspection standards, ensure the operation is consistent with the documentation.
• Responsibile in process quality and outgoing quality management.
• Disposition of nonconforming products and proposing the corresponding corrective and preventive actions in time.
• In charge of Local supplier quality management and incoming quality inspection for all materials.
• Responsible in customer complaint investigation and 8D report preparation.
• Instruments, equipment and other tools used in quality control, and train relevant personnel on the use of instruments and equipment, assist DCC to complete the periodic calibration of instruments and equipment, and ensure the daily maintenance of instruments and equipment;
• Quality data collection and summary.
• Responsible in IQC/IPQC inspector ability training and assessment.
• Complete task that is assigned by top manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and above in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• Min 3 years of working experience in quality department, automative and industrial product experience.
• Familiar with quality management system, product quality related knowledge, able to complete quality system audit and process audit independently.
• Good communication skills and team work spirit.
• Proficiency in English. Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is preferred.
