Quality Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily quality management work, implement the quality policy, quality objective, implement effective monitoring around the quality management system, to achieve continous improvement of product and service quality.
• Quality system set up, maintain and improve.
• Define quality monitoring indicators from incoming to outgoing.
• All process follow documentation and standardization.
• Fully identify quality factors and risks with proper actions.
• Leading the review and disposal of non-conforming products.
• Customer complaint investigtion and communication with customer.
• Quality data summary and analysis, continuous improvement with related departments.
• Optimization and allocation of team resources.
• Complete task that assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering or any related field.
• Min 8 years working experience, including 3 years of quality experience and 2 years team management experience in automotive or industrial product experience.
• Familiar with quality system requirement, EHS requirement.
• Good analytical and structural thinking and working style.
• Strong reporting, training and leadership skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu is preferred.
