Job Description
Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for the daily quality management work, implement the quality policy, quality objective, implement effective monitoring around the quality management system, to achieve continous improvement of product and service quality.
- Quality system set up, maintain and improve.
- Define quality monitoring indicators from incoming to outgoing.
- All process follow documentation and standardization.
- Fully identify quality factors and risks with proper actions.
- Leading the review and disposal of non-conforming products.
- Customer complaint investigtion and communication with customer.
- Quality data summary and analysis, continuous improvement with related departments.
- Optimization and allocation of team resources.
- Complete task that assigned by manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering or any related field.
- Min 8 years working experience, including 3 years of quality experience and 2 years team management experience in automotive or industrial product experience.
- Familiar with quality system requirement, EHS requirement.
- Good analytical and structural thinking and working style.
- Strong reporting, training and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu is preferred.
