  • Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
  • Maintain and update HR and recruitment records, including job descriptions, offer letters, and contracts.
  • Coordinate HR-related activities and events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Coordinate career fair.

Job Requirements

  • Preferable : Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
  • Minimum diploma in business studies/human resources/psychology or equivalents with 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
  • Mastering Canva for social media poster design
  • Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Positive thinker, literate with multi-tasking abilities
  • Willing to travel, when required
