Job Description
Job Description- Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
- Maintain and update HR and recruitment records, including job descriptions, offer letters, and contracts.
- Coordinate HR-related activities and events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Coordinate career fair.
Job Requirements
- Preferable : Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
- Minimum diploma in business studies/human resources/psychology or equivalents with 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
- Mastering Canva for social media poster design
- Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Positive thinker, literate with multi-tasking abilities
- Willing to travel, when required
