Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment services. Mainly handles sourcing, resume screening, conducting phone interviews, interview arrangements, offering and background checks 
  • To source for potential candidates via web advertising, referral, networking, database, company’s general e-mail and etc 
  • Work closely with various client’s job requirements, follow up on hiring status and able to answer and provide solutions to client’s quiries and questions 
  • To build, develop and maintain in-house database, outgoing file, recruitment update file and etc 
  • Manage large volume hiring or multiple projects concurrently 
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time 


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
  • Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a plus 
  • Possess willing to learn, pleasant personality, able to work independent with minimum supervision.
