Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

  • Generally assisting and supporting in branch administration, reporting and general matters.
  • Daily record and update of dealers’ payment, AR & surety.
  • To assist sales with compilation of dealers wholesales, registration and stock updates & sponsorship to dealers / donation proposal preparation.
  • Upkeep of office facilities, utilities, stationery and etc.
  • Carry out administration tasks such as process business travel form (BTF), travel claim, entertainment claim, leave & attendance record, cheque record, postage & courier service, dealers’ incentive trip, branch’s pool car, petrol card and branch license record.
  • Liaison with External Work & Authorization statement and government related activities (business license renewal, DOSH requirement & etc)
  • Manage petty cash & cheques issuance, bills payment and bank related matters.
  • To prepare and control branch budget, organization chart and fixed assets.
  • Collect and bank in the daily collection from workshop.
  • Other tasks documentation & filing of documents, answering incoming calls, email/fax memo to dealers.
  • Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma/bachelor’s degree in HR/ Business or any related course.
  • At least 2 years experience
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good working attitude, passion and willing to learn attitude.
  • Fast learner and able to work in stress environment.
  • 6 month contracts
