Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities 

  • To serve current business prospect and source for new prospect. 
  • Secure leads and establish network with existing or new client in upcoming projects. 
  • Obtain relevant project information ahead of others, to ensure the company stands a chance to participate in the bidding or securing order process. 
  • Client/authority presentation. 
  • Obtain as much info as possible from client and relevant authority, in order to be able to prepare project drawing, to obtain the right material cost and subcontractor cost and finally the final price and quote from internal before presenting to client. 
  • Follow-up closely with relevant internal team (project, quote, fulfilment) or anyone who involved in the full cycle to make necessary changes, updates or submissions according to the timeline in each different stages of project, this include if client/relevant authority made further amendment after 1st few submissions. 
  • Involve in billing and claim process. Follow-up closely with both internal team and customers to ensure payment is made in accordance to the timeline.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field. 
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in construction field, especially in Sewage Treatment or Water Treatment nature of business
  • It will be value added advantage if candidate has strong network and good working experience dealing with local authority such as Indah Water and others. 
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. 
  • Outgoing, good communication skill and must be a team player.
  • Computer literate. 
  • Highly self-motivated, solution provider, outgoing and sporting personality. 
  • Willing to travel & possess with own transport. 
  • Able to work under pressure with high degree of confidentiality.
