Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Managers to meet the delivery of Hoshin Plan & KPIs of the Manufacturing Operations.

• To provide focus and leadership to ensure that manufacturing capabilities and capacities are ready to realise the build plan in meeting on time, on cost & on quality objectives.

• Responsible for the performance of Product Engineering, Production, Process/Production Engineering & Purchasing/Logistics by providing effective leadership, management and guidance, within the manufacturing operations.

• Responsible for the overall planning, execution and achievement of key performance goals for the Purchasing/Logistic, Process Engineering & Product Engineering.

• Provide the day-to-day management, guidance and support to ensure that the manufacturing operations achieve the on-time, on-cost and on-quality expectations.

• Responsible for people development in the aspects of technical knowledge (Process, Product & Statistical Applications) & management skills.

• Ensure compliances with relevant legal and statutory regulations and requirements.

• Providing continuous support to ISO 9001 and ESG for Sustainability Reporting.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 10 years of management experience in factory operations, that cover Product Engineering (include product Failure Analysis), Assembly and Test Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, Sourcing & Purchasing.

• Strong leadership and problem solving skill.

• Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Mandarin languages.

• Experience in managing quality & supply chain from China suppliers will be an added advantage.
