Job Description
OpportunityWe have multiple positions for software professional at different experience levels. You will work alongside with a team of software experts to create a wide variety of world-class software for station controller, vision software, AI/OR software for test, yield, equipment, planning scheduling amongst others.
Responsibilities:
- The R&D software engineer will work closely with the product owners, application engineers to analyze the requirement, apply appropriate software engineering process to design, develop, test and release the software to the end customers.
- The candidate will be fluent with various software technologies to develop station controller, machine interfaces, connectivity data platform, MES automation services, predictive analytics and deploy these services through edge analytics and cloud solutions.
- The candidate will explore and research into technical aspects of software development.
Qualification/requirements:
- BSc/MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent with strong CGPA.
- Passionate coders who possess relevant process knowledge and experience in wafer test, packaging assembly and final test have desirable advantages.
- Prefer individuals who will enjoy solving challenging problems.
- Candidates will be able to communicate in English (must have) and Mandarin as there is a need to liaise with Chinese speakers in China and Taiwan more effectively.
- The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in at least three of the following areas: C++, Python, Javascript, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, Ruby on Rails, C# or ASP.Net, SQL, NoSQL, TCL/TK and, etc.
