Job Description

•Excellent communication and sales skills.

•Sourcing and screening potential IT/non-IT candidates for contract and permanent requirements.

•Experience in IT recruitment industry and should have solid experience in the Recruitment life cycle.

•Strong written and oral communication skills.

•Experience working in a service-oriented business.

•Sense of urgency and initiative to make calls for prospect candidates and make the placement.

•The desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

•Able to meet KPI and targets.

•Utilize job boards to identify potential candidates using Jobstreet, Monster, Social Media & etc.

•Interview prospective candidates and prepare them for client interviews.

•Negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of a contract.

•Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.

•Meet or exceed weekly recruiting goal expectations.
