Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires. Coordinate On-The-Job training (OJT) with respective department heads to ensure the training is implemented. 
  • Prepare Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Calendar and Training Evaluation Effectiveness. 
  • Monitor and execute on Training & Development activities to comply with planned Annual Training Calendar. 
  • Maintaining all the training records & filing orderly. 
  • Support in audit activities for Training & Development. 
  • Monitoring and preparing the payment and all HRDF documentation & submission. 
  • To assist in any other HR tasks/special projects as assigned by the superior/Dept. Manager.
  • Prepare HR Report – Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly. 
  • Liaising with external parties regarding T&D and agreement. 

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above and bachelor degree in HRM Business, Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • Competency and experience: At least 3 year(s) in related field at manufacturing company. 
  • Meticulous, tactful, integrity, good interpersonal skill and able to handling multi-task and work independently. 
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Must be able to read, write and speak in Mandarin (to communicate and implement Training materials from HQ – China).
  • Possess good attitude, intergrity and able to work under high pressure and tight deadline.
  • Preferable Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
